  • Reflecting & Accepting Emotions

    $45 per Session

    Sunday March 30th 11 AM- 12:30 PM

All emotions are valid! Regardless of how intense it feels or how it is perceived, every emotion is a legitimate response to our experiences. Emotions, whether joy, anger, sadness, fear, or even shame, are natural reactions that provide valuable insight into our inner world, needs, and responses to external circumstances.  In this session, you will be encouraged to express your emotions through art making – offering the opportunity to visually express what words may fail.  By honoring your emotions through art, you will begin to experience self-acceptance and validation which, in turn, can aid in healing and personal growth.  Come explore your inner landscape.

  • Single-Mindedness

    $45 per Session

    Saturday April 5th 11 AM- 12:30 PM

Mindfulness and multitasking are at odds with each other. While multitasking involves juggling multiple tasks at once, mindfulness encourages focusing on one thing at a time with full attention and awareness. Practicing Mindfulness can enhance focus & clarity, increase productivity, reduce stress, and aid in emotional regulation. In this session, we will focus on the practice of single-mindedness – honing your mind to the present, focusing on a single image or intention and allowing your creativity to flow.  Join us as we practice Mindfulness and experience the power of focus!

  • Accepting the Moment

    $45.00 per Session

    Sunday April 13th 3:30- 5:00 PM

The non-judgment component of Mindfulness involves observing thoughts, feelings, and sensations without labeling them as good or bad. This practice fosters self-acceptance and reduces the tendency to criticize or reject oneself. In art making, this principle can be promoted by encouraging spontaneous and intuitive creation without concern for the outcome. By focusing on the process rather than the product, individuals can embrace imperfections and cultivate a more compassionate, non-judgmental attitude toward themselves and their creative expression. Come join us for a session focused on letting go of control and embracing uncertainty – letting creativity flow!
